Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because many of our products are made-to-order or sourced from specialty vendors, processing times may vary. Estimated lead times are noted on individual product pages whenever possible.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Methods & Timing

We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Please email or call us for any expedited options

Shipping timelines vary depending on the product and destination, but most in-stock items arrive within 5–7 business days once shipped.

Please note that transit times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Wallpaper & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our wallpapers are printed or cut to order to ensure quality and consistency across dye lots.

  • Lead times typically range anywere from 1–12+ weeks
  • Orders may ship directly from the manufacturer
  • Multiple items in your order may arrive separately

We recommend ordering all wallpaper needed for a project at the same time to ensure color consistency.


Samples

Samples are typically processed quickly and ship within 5-7 business days.

They are sent via standard shipping and are a great way to see color, scale, and texture in your space before placing a regular order.

Often samples will not have tracking numbers available, and that's normal. Please give us a call or email us if you don't receive your sample within a week. 


Furniture & Oversized Items

For furniture or oversized pieces (if applicable under Oodles Home):

  • Lead times and delivery methods will vary
  • Some items may ship via freight or white glove delivery
  • Delivery timelines will be communicated after purchase

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Oodles is not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@oodleshome.com within 5 business days of delivery.

Be sure to include multiple photos of any damage as well as the packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
