Any returns require the manufacturer’s approval and are subject to restocking fees.

Any damage claims must be made within a week of receipt of the wallpaper or fabric, no exceptions.

All returns must be uncut, and wallpaper must be unopened.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

All restocking fees and shipping fees will be deducted from the overall refund if applicable.

If a refund is approved it will be issued within 24–48 hours by Oodles. It will be refunded to your original form of payment by the bank within approximately two weeks.
